Resolutions for the New Year

Happy New Year Everyone.

By now we’ve all made those optimistic New Year’s Resolutions. Every year we pledge to start something new, do something better, achieve a new goal. It’s all an effort to be a more perfect version of ourselves.

As a member of the Bodies By Pilates community, you are already committed to achieving your strongest, most flexible and stable body. Your growing mind-body connection is protecting your body from injury and improving mental concentration, all building your endurance and confidence to pursue other life goals.

The quest for perfection is lifelong and ultimately impossible to achieve. It is our individual journey towards it, however, that defines our unique personal best.
